3 — You Should Do It For Yourself
Jennifer Hudson believes that if you are trying to lose weight for somebody else you will not succeed. Or you will succeed only temporarily; after a few months, chances are that you will gain the weight back, and then some. That is the result of doing things for somebody else, according to her. She says that you should not listen to what other people say about what you are doing, that doing something because you think will improve your life is reason enough to do it. It does not matter if you want to lose weight because you want to improve your health, because you want to improve your image, or both: what matters is that you think it is good for you. This attitude will keep you motivated and willing to do some things that you might not like doing, but that you have to do if you want good results.
2 — Your Friends Can Make Exercising Very Fun
Losing over 70 pounds is not an easy task, but that's just what Melissa Joan Hart has done. That's why it's a good idea to listen to her when it comes to losing weight. She says that what really helped her was turning sweat sessions into social events, asking her husband and friends to walk and run with her. This does two things: first, it's makes exercising less boring, and second, it motivates the competitive spirit within you and your friends, which will help you to push yourself harder and therefore have more effective workouts.
1 — Back to Nature
Kate Hudson thinks that the secret of staying fit is eating natural food. By "natural food" she means food that does not require a lot of cooking, such as sushi and fruit. She also really likes organic food, for being closer to Mother Nature. Kate had trouble with the weight that she gained after getting pregnant, and this hippy-esque approach to dieting worked for her. She said that "the weigh just came off" after starting her all-natural diet.
As you can see, there are plenty of different strategies to get the same result. Pick the one that you like the most!
